Данный мод заменяет песок и газоны, а также дорожки на пляжах Лос Сантоса.
Цвета насыщены, текстуры хорошие, песок теперь скорее жёлтый, чем серый, а газоны подстрижены. Теперь пляжи сморятся намного ярче, чем подчёркивают курортную атмосферу.
