Установка:

Содержимым папки "data" из архива заменить содержимое в игровой папке data;
Файлы из папки "cleo", из архива добавить в вашу папку CLEO, предварительно установив библиотеку CLEO;
Файлы из папки gta3.img заменить с помощи Crazy IMG Editor;
Всё. Запускаем игру!
