Vice City Violator (FROM GTA UNDERGROUND)
Hi all! I present to you Vice City Violator. I got this boat from GTA UNDERGROUND and inserted it into a regular game.
Features:
- Does not spoil the atmosphere of the game.
- Has good quality textures.
- SA Style.
- There is a model for Android.
- Great replacement for the old model.
- Works in SAMP.
- Adapted to PS2 and mobile reflections.
Installation:
(For PC) Using the IMG TOOL program, replace the files speeder.dff and speeder.txd or upload it to Modloader, if available.
(For android) Using the GTA IMG TOOL program, replace speeder.dff in gta3.img, then use the TXD TOOL program to paste the texture into the gta3 folder.

PS: There is a strange transparent texture in the boat game. I tried to remove it, but everything was fine in the editor with the boat. UG also has such a bug. So if anyone wants to fix this bug - go for it.
