Hello everyone! I present to you Vice City Violator. I got this boat from GTA UNDERGROUND and inserted it into a regular game.
Features:

Installation:
- (For PC) Using the IMG TOOL program, replace the jetmax.dff and jetmax.txd files or throw them into Modloader, if available.
- (For android) Using the GTA IMG TOOL program, replace jetmax.dff in gta3.img, then using the TXD TOOL program, insert the texture into the gta3 folder.
