Я решил не добавлять в свой ENB всяких тормозящих игру и убивающих ваши глаза эффектов и оставил только воду, отражение на тачках и тени.
На моём Athlon 64 X2 dual core processor 4800+, 2,51 ГГц, 2 ГБ ОЗУ с карточкой GeForse 8600 GT
тормозов нет, но немного снижается FPS.
