Not to be confused with the so-called "true wasted translation" (which, as you might guess, is a later forgery and never came out on disc).
Installation: choose the localization you like and copy the contents of the corresponding folder to the game folder with confirmation of the replacement. In the game itself, the top one (it can be called differently) should be selected in the language menu. Don't forget to make copies of the original files.
Here I have collected 4 pirated localizations that were really sold in stores in the 2000s (according to StopGame).
1. Localization from "XXI century"
The same legendary spent translation that started it all. Made by hand by people who compensate for their lack of knowledge of the language with their imagination.
Translation authors: NoRG.
Features:
1) Curved fonts
2) 4 and 6 are replaced by Ch and B, the letters Z and E - by the number 3, the letters E-Y-Shch-b - by E-I-Sh-b
3) Missing wanted stars
5) The names of vehicles, districts and interiors have been translated
6) A huge number of errors and typos
Key words: spent, broken, sidoji, slut, cockerel and aloe tapestry, canoeing to the movies, country county, back on a bike, banner, mad dog crib, pink silk, apologetic ass, sweetie, signs thrown away, slat, spin.
2. Localization by 7wolf
The same translation, but slightly modified.
Features:
1) More accurate fonts than in the first case
2) The numbers are saved in normal form, the letter E is used instead of the letter Z, the rest of the letters are also replaced, sometimes you can see Y
3) Wanted stars are replaced with square brackets
4) Latin saved, tooltips rewritten and displayed correctly
Items 5 and 6 are the same
3. Localization by Triada
All the same translation, but with slightly different fonts, minor text edits, without capital Latin letters and with a square bracket.
4. Localization from Tycoon
The second legendary pirated translation, mostly machine-made.
Features:
1) The most beautiful and neat fonts among pirate localizations
2) Normal numbers and alphabet (but without the letter Y)
3) Good translation of some missions (and not only at the beginning)
4) Saved original fonts and alphabet
5) Transport and area names are not translated
6) Lots of grammatical errors
7) Some subtitles have incorrect spaces
Key words: grove street, ground level, location, fucking, extra fall, hood, common name of London, buster, consider favor, CFRP, ride shotgun, USA, snort, cold, cool, scratch it, man, yu fake , Dymovuha, in confusion, captured.

A selection of memes from translations:
P.S. There are slight doubts that the first 3 localizations belong to "XXI century", "Triad" and 7wolf. Some points contradict the video of the same StopGame. At least, in the sources from where I took the transfers, these offices were indicated. I myself did not find the "spent" times, because I began to be interested in GTA much later.
