Sultan 1998 for GTA San Andreas

This modification adds the 1998 version of Sultan to the game. The original model is taken from GTA 3 and transferred to GTA San Andreas. I fixed/made tuning details for this car. Now you have the ability to tuning your vehicle!

Fixed ALL tuning parts from S7 (NoReturnSerie)
