Hello everyone. I present to you Vice City Hotring Racers. I got these Hotrings from GTA UNDERGROUND and inserted them into the regular game.
Features:
- Does not spoil the atmosphere of the game.
- Good quality textures.
- SA Style.
- There is a model for Android.
- Excellent replacement for the old model.
- Works in SAMP.
- Adapted to PS2 and mobile reflections.
Installation:
(For PC) Use the IMG TOOL program to replace the hotrina.dff, hotrina.txd, hotrinb.dff and hotrinb.txd files or throw them into Modloader, if available.
(For android) Using the GTA IMG TOOL program in gta3.img, replace the hotrina.dff and hotrinb.dff files, then using the TXD TOOL program, add textures to the gta3 folder.

Всем привет. Представляю вам Vice City Hotring Racers. Эти Hotringi я достал из GTA UNDERGROUND и вставил в обычную игру.
Особенности:

(Для андроид) С помощью программы GTA IMG TOOL в gta3.img заменить файлы hotrina.dff и hotrinb.dff далее с помощью программы TXD TOOL добавить текстуры в папку gta3.
