The modification fixes a flaw in one of the garages in San Fierro, because of which there was an invisible wall in it. The fix does not affect the settings for saving transport in the garage, but at the same time, cars are stably saved in a previously inaccessible place.
The file can be replaced in gta3.img using an editor, but it is still recommended to use modloader for this purpose.
