Hi all. I present to you Vice City Mr Whoope. I took this ice cream van from GTA UNDERGROUND and inserted it into a regular game.
Features:
- Does not spoil the atmosphere of the game.
- Good quality textures.
- SA Style.
- There is a model for Android.
- An excellent replacement for the old model.
- Works in SAMP.
- Adapted to PS2 and mobile reflections.
Installation:
(For PC) Using the IMG TOOL program, replace the mwhoopr.dff and mrwhoop.txd files or upload them to Modloader, if available.
(For Android) Using the GTA IMG TOOL program in gta3.img, replace the mrwhoop.dff file, then using the TXD TOOL program, insert the textures into the gta3 folder.

Особенности:

Установка:
(Для ПК) С помощью программы IMG TOOL заменить файлы mwhoopr.dff и mrwhoop.txd или закинуть в Modloader, если он имеется.
(Для андроид) С помощью программы GTA IMG TOOL в gta3.img заменить файл mrwhoop.dff, далее с помощью программы TXD TOOL вставить текстуры в папку gta3.
