Windmill fix for GTA San Andreas
This mod corrects the texture of the windmill, it is the model that is corrected, and the texture is not duplicated, as in the mod of the same name. I did it with a hex editor.
Installation: Replace nt_windmill.dff in gta3.img

Данный мод исправляет текстуру ветряной мельницы, исправляется именно модель, а не дублируется текстура, как в одноименном моде. Делал с помощью HEX-редактора.
