Attention this mod uses not only textures, but also new models.
In this mod:
- Replaced objects in the CJ house (dff models): Sofa, armchair, table, bedside table, chairs, flower.
- New objects in CJ house (dff models):
- In the kitchen: Added fire extinguisher, various fruits.
- In the living room: Added computer desk, bookcase, telephone on the table.
- In the bedroom: a new computer has been added.
- Replaced textures: Absolutely all textures have been replaced inside CJ's house.
- Scripts: in the house on the second floor (in the bedroom) you can play on the computer,
- there is a tape recorder in the living room near the bookcase, you can listen to music.
- On Grove Street: changed textures of some houses, replaced broken cars (On Grove) with more real ones.
- New weapons (9 pieces)

Внимание в этом моде используются не только текстуры, но и новые модели.
В этом моде:
- Замененные объекты в доме CJ (dff модели): Диван, кресло, стол, тумбочка, стулья, цветок.
- Новые объекты в доме CJ (dff модели):
- На кухне: Добавлены огнетушитель, разные фрукты.
- В гостиной: Добавлен компьютерный стол, книжный шкаф, телефон на столе.
- В спальне: добавлен новый компьютер.
- Замененные текстуры: Абсолютно все текстуры заменены внутри дома CJ.
- Скрипты: в доме на втором этаже(в спальне)можно поиграть на компьютере,
- в гостиной возле книжного шкафа стоит магнитофон можно послушать музыку.
- На Грув стрит: измененные текстуры некоторых домов, заменены разбитые машины (На Грув) на более реальные.
- Новое оружие (9 штук)
Это всего лишь 1 версия дальше будет интереснее!
