The script adds new effects for the Map Editor in MTA
Installation:
1. Download.
2. Upload to the server folder.
3.Using the / refresh command, refresh the list of server resources and run the script.
4. The script is ready to use!
How to use in the map editor:
1. Start the Map Editor with the / start editor command on the server, or through the main menu.
2. Click on the "definitions" tab located at the top of the editor menu.
3. Add the "editor_addon_effects" plugin and click OK.
4. Move the mouse cursor to the bottom panel and scroll with the wheel once - a panel with effects will appear.
5. Click on any effect and place it in the game world.
6. Double-clicking on an effect opens its settings and allows you to edit them.
7. When finished, save the map.
How to use a saved map:
Run your map along with the "editor_addon_effects" resource and you will be able to see all the effects that you have placed in the game world!
