-Added new function IsPlayerHoldingObject
- SetPlayerHoldingObject can now change the x, y coordinates and degree of rotation of the object.
-If an object is attached to the player, they can use weapons and drive a car.

- SetPlayerHoldingObject теперь может изменять координаты х, у и градус вращения объекта.
-Если к игроку прикреплен объект, он может использовать оружие и водить машину.
-Убрали функцию, позволяющую брать телики, радио и т.д в интерьерах.
-Поправили баг с вращением игрока.
