Change CJ's Outfit Before the Story Begins
Custom New Game Clothing (change starting clothes)
Now you can change CJ's clothes, hairstyle, and accessories before the storyline begins. To do this, you need to specify the name of the clothing you want to wear in the "INI" file (the names of the DFF and TXD files). By default, he will be in the outfit he wore in Liberty City.
