The main character faces new challenges on Temple Drive, as Carl decides to quit drugs. New characters appear. Willowfield has chosen to betray the principles of the Grove families and return to drugs, specifically crack, which was very expensive in Los Santos in 1993. У главного персонажа на Темпл Драйв появляются новые проблемы, Карл решает покончить с наркотиками. Появляются новые персонажи. Уиллоуфилд решил предать принципы семей Грув и снова заняться наркотиками, а именно крэком, ведь на момент 1993 года, крэк - это очень дорогая вещь в Лос-Сантосе.
