У главного персонажа на Темпл Драйв появляются новые проблемы, Карл решает покончить с наркотиками. Появляются новые персонажи. Уиллоуфилд решил предать принципы семей Грув и снова заняться наркотиками, а именно крэком, ведь на момент 1993 года, крэк - это очень дорогая вещь в Лос-Сантосе.
