NPC Tuning (traffic with tuned cars)
This modification adds realism to the game. Now on the streets of the state, you will encounter tuned cars. Vehicles appear randomly and have different features, such as new wheels, wings, or full tuning. Luxury cars will be seen rarely, for example, if the driver is young. There is also a small chance that you will encounter a fully tuned car with paintwork. The script can be configured in the INI file. To use the mod, you need to install the plugin CLEO+ (CLEOPlus).

Данная модификация, добавит реалистичность в игру. Теперь на улицах штата, вы будете встречать машины с тюнингом. Транспорт появляются случайным образом и имеет разные детали, такие как новые колеса, крылья или полный тюнинг. Роскошные автомобили, вы увидите редко, например если водитель молодой. Также есть малая вероятность, что вы встретите машину с полным тюнингом и покрасочными работами. Скрипт можно настроить в INI файле. Для работы мода, нужно установить плагин CLEO+ (CLEOPlus).
