This is a different version of the Solair sedan, specially designed for use by security agencies, with the side slats removed. He has a yellow flasher and decals from DBP Security, a company from GTA Vice City.
In principle, the changes did not affect the mod much. Everything remains the same, but the model of the car has changed.

Это иная версия седана Solair, специально разработанного для использования охранными агентствами, с удалёнными боковыми планками. У него есть жёлтая мигалка и отличительные знаки DBP Security, компании из GTA Vice City.
В принципе изменения не сильно коснулись мода. Всё осталось таким же, но изменилась модель автомобиля.
