Realistic Population - realistic population (popcycle.dat)
This modification edits the popcycle.dat file. Now the traffic in the game will be more realistic. For example, at night there will be fewer cars and people than during the day. There will also be fewer people on the beach at night. Prostitutes will only appear during the day, and their numbers have decreased. The number of thieves and drug dealers has also been reduced.

Данная модификация, редактирует файл popcycle.dat. Теперь трафик в игре станет более реалистичный. Например, ночью машин и людей будет меньше, чем днем. Людей на пляже ночью также станет меньше. Проститутки будут появляться только днем, а количество их уменьшилось. Также уменьшено количество воров и наркоторговцев.
