Good day, dear users of libertycity.ru.
Today I'm releasing a modified version of the "Five-storey building" mod.
This is a modest but beautiful five-story building that you can add to your map through MapEditor.
List of changes:
- Improved the texture of the facade using a neural network.
- Slightly increased the size of the building.
- Removed extra segments.
In general, you see the result in the screenshots.
Installation is simple: you need to download MapEditor and CrazyIMG editor (or another IMG editor).
1) Add files from the archive to gta3.img (via IMG editor)
2) Place the building in the right place (in MapEditor)

Сегодня я выпускаю доработанную версию мода \"Пятиэтажка\".
Это скромная, но красивая пятиэтажка, которую вы можете добавить на свою карту через MapEditor.
Список изменений:
- Улучшена текстура фасада с помощью нейросети.
- Немного увеличил размер здания.
- Убрал лишние сегменты.
В общем, результат вы видите на скриншотах.
Установка проста: нужно скачать программы MapEditor и CrazyIMG editor (или другой IMG редактор).

2) Разместить здание в нужном месте (в MapEditor)
