In 2014, the scripter The Hero released his programthat converts the entire map (models and textures) from the PS2 version to the PC version of the game.
This is the PS2 map conversion for PC.
It includes converted IDE, IPL, DFF, and TXD files from the PS2 version of the game.
Vehicles, entry markers are replaced, and the positions of objects and vegetation are added/removed according to the PS2 version.
Cons include texture bugs with vehicles; I recommend using a separate PS2 vehicle pack.
