Installation:
1) Drop the Russian.xml file into the X GXT Editor folder:\Program Files (x86)\Mato Technologies\X GXT Editor\Langs
2) In the program itself, in the tabLanguages selectRussian.

Установка:

2) В самой программе, во вкладке Languages выбираем Русский.
