This CLEO script allows the player to move even when the game specifically freezes him.
It will be especially useful for those who often start a new game and do not want to wait until they are allowed to move. For example, after the player is arrested or killed.
Controls:
C + M - Unfreeze
V + N - Freeze (May be useful to someone)
Bugs:
1) So far, the HUD elements disappear while the player is "illegally" frozen once
(I'll try to fix it)
2) Does not work in all cut-scenes (Detailed check was not carried out)
