Beta Leftovers Fix - SA 1.3

This mod fixes the remnants of the beta that Rockstar left in the game.
Features:
- Changed the inscription on the springboard;
- Fixed braking and light on motorcycles, ATVs, karts and harvesters;
- Added windows at bus stops;
- Changed car toys in Berkley's RC Van;
- Improved a lot of trains, namely added more lights, colors, more numbers;
- Changed Dozer, Dumper (damage added), Bandito, HPV1000 and Combine Harvester;
- Fixed all helicopters + for Hunter, Sparrow, Cargobob made different colors;
- More colors added for Rhino, Patriot, FBI Truck, Barracks, SWAT Van and Hydra
- Fixed windshield DFT-30;
- Fixed Hotdog;
- Fixed Caddy;
- Fixed non-textured Ryder objects.
