New military base in SF 1.0

Remember the situation: You drive into a military base in San Fierro, and looking at this empty space, you feel the dullness and dullness of this place...

This is the first version of the mod so far, so the mod will be updated, and there will be fewer bugs.

Pros:

- Doesn't require Limit Adjuster

- Easy installation

- Great for DYOM missions

Cons:

- Under the stairs that lead to the aircraft carrier, one beam does not touch the supporting structure.

Installation:

Drop the files "SFse.ide" and "SFse.ipl" from the folder "To the game directory" into [Game folder]\data\maps\SF

If it needs replacement, we do it.
