VCS Style Weapons

I added weapons from the VCS, custom icons in HQ, a new sniper scope (by dalva) and restored icons (by The Eddo).
I just changed the sounds, animations and weapon.dat. Weapons created by Rockstar Games.
Thanks to Mtogas for his R.S.L Mod, Ryohsuke for his Weapon Limit Adjuster Mod and Sautwesson for his Gunshell Sound Mod.
