1981. The war between two superpowers reaches the outskirts of San Fierro. Several Soviet soldiers carry out sabotage at a secret U.S. Army facility. A strange acrid fog envelops the city. The government extends martial law, and people express their discontent more radically. There is a leak in the government. Everyone is now suspected of being connected to the communists. Military detective Paul arrives in the city. His task is to investigate the information leak under incredible constraints and intense pressure.

1981-й год. Война двух сверхдержав доходит до окрестностей Сан-Фиерро. Несколько советских солдат устраивают диверсию на секретном объекте армии США. Город окутывает странный едкий туман. Правительство продлевает военное положение, а люди более радикально выражают свое недовольство. В правительстве завелась утечка. Каждый теперь подозревается в связи с коммунистами. В город прибывает военный детектив Пол. Его задачей ставится расследовать утечку информации в условиях невероятных ограничений и сильного давления со стороны.
