1981. The war between the two superpowers reaches the outskirts of San Fierro. Several Soviet soldiers sabotage a secret US Army facility. The city is shrouded in a strange, acrid fog. The government extends martial law, and people express their discontent more radically. There is a leak in the government. Each is now suspected of having links with the Communists. Military detective Paul arrives in the city. His task is to investigate information leaks under conditions of incredible restrictions and strong pressure from outside.

1981-й год. Война двух сверхдержав доходит до окрестностей Сан-Фиерро. Несколько советских солдат устраивают диверсию на секретном объекте армии США. Город окутывает странный едкий туман. Правительство продлевает военное положение, а люди более радикально выражают свое недовольство. В правительстве завелась утечка. Каждый теперь подозревается в связи с коммунистами. В город прибывает военный детектив Пол. Его задачей ставится расследовать утечку информации в условиях невероятных ограничений и сильного давления со стороны.
