[Final] MiniMalibu (New Safehouse+building) for GTA San Andreas.
This mod contains several mansions and villas to the coast, which shares the same sea with the beach of Santa Maria. The project is located west of Los Santos overlooking Santa Maria Beach and Los Santos in general. The territory spawns cars and boats, contains a beach area under the hill, the interior.
