[Final] MiniMalibu (New Safehouse+building) for GTA San Andreas.

This mod includes several mansions and villas along the coast, sharing the same sea with Santa Maria beach. The project is located west of Los Santos with views of Santa Maria beach and Los Santos in general. Vehicles and boats spawn on the premises, and there is a beach area under the hill, along with an interior. Grass and sand collision have been added. Upon entering the area, the name of the area will be displayed.

Этот мод содержит несколько особняков и вилл к побережью, которое разделяет одно и то же море с пляжем Санта-Мария. Проект расположен к западу от Лос-Сантос с видом на пляж Санта-Мария и Лос-Сантос в целом. На территории спавнятся машины и лодки, содержится пляжная зона под холмом, интерьер. Добавлена коллизия травы и песка. При достижении области, название области будет отображаться.
