The best mod to date for adding neon to your car!
Features:
- Works correctly and without bugs
- Unlike old mods, it can work normally on several cars at once
- Possibility to add both static and pulsating neon (something similar to Need For Speed)
- 7 neon colors to choose from
- Possibility to change the size of neon
- Regular drivers will also now be able to use neon. They appear quite often, but there is a more realistic setting in the archive
- Possibility to store cars with neon in garages. Requires gsx.asi (included)
Control:
- Enter cheat"NEON"to bring up the menu. Choose static or pulsating neon, then choose a color and you're done!
- PressZto turn neon on or off
- PressXand press+or-
- PressYand press+or-to increase or decrease the size of the neon along the Y axis
- In the filetraffic_neon.datyou can set up a vehicle that will appear with neon in normal traffic

Особенности:

- Обычные водители также теперь смогут использовать неон. Появляются довольно частно, но в архиве есть более реалистичная настройка
- Возможность сохранять авто с неоном в гаражах. Требуется gsx.asi (есть в комплекте)
Управление:
- Введите чит "NEON" чтобы вызвать меню. Выберите статический или пульсирующий неон, далее выберите цвет, и все готово!
- Нажмите Z чтобы включить или выключить неон
- Зажмите X и нажмите + или - чтобы увеличить или уменьшить размер неона по оси X
- Зажмите Y и нажмите + или - чтобы увеличить или уменьшить размер неона по оси Y
- В файле traffic_neon.dat можно настроить транспорт, который будет появляться с неоном в обычном трафике
Минусы:
- Может не работать с некоторыми транспортными средствами
