PedEditor is a functional program for modifying the parameters of pedestrians (peds) in the game.
With its help, you can diversify the game world: choose the vehicles used by specific pedestrians, change animations, behavior models, etc. Additionally, PedEditor conveniently identifies the 3D model and texture used by the ped — a useful feature for mod creators.
The program does not require installation — simply unpack it into any folder and run it.
