Remember the good old Vice City, when cops would lay down spikes on the roads.
In Vice, the cops set up spikes, but in San Andreas - they don't, what's up with that!

Вспоминаем старый добрый Vice City, когда менты ставили на дорогах шипы.
А то в Вайс копы шипы ставят, а в Сане - нет, что за беспредел!
