Have you ever noticed that the cops of San Andreas are somewhat indifferent to the corpses lying on the ground? No, if you kill someone, they will react, but if they kill you themselves, then they will not care. С этим скриптом они, если увидят ваш труп, иногда будут подбегать к вам в случае вашей смерти и целиться на вас, как в Вайс-Сити (далее можно включать фантазию - что они будут делать с нами дальше). Так реалистичнее.
