Echo Effect - Reverb / Echo Sound Effect BETA (Re-uploaded)

After the re-upload, attempts were made to eliminate side sound effects, as well as to enhance the echo and reduce the load on the computer. Therefore, it's better to download it again if you already have this mod.

This is my first plugin. Please judge it fairly, but not too harshly.

This plugin adds echo to the game. Such a sound effect. The echo will occur if the player is in any tunnel or room (but not in interiors). This effect is present in GTA 3, but for some reason, it was not used in the subsequent parts.

The mod has a significant drawback: if you are in a tunnel (i.e., the echo effect is on), the echo effect will apply not only to the in-game sounds but also to everything else you are playing. For example, the background music you turned on. But some might find this a plus.

Also, don't forget about the installation. For it to work, you need an installed and configured driver for the stereo mixer (for example, Realtek High Definition Audio), which should be set as the default recording device (NOT for communication). Usually, this is already set up. You will also need CLEO.

Installation: simply move all files from the 'To root folder' into the game folder. The exe file is a program that transforms the outgoing sound and gives it the echo effect. Its launch delays the game startup by 1-2 seconds.
