After the re-upload, attempts were made to get rid of the side sound effects, as well as to increase the echo and ease the load on the computer. Therefore, it is better to download it again if you have this mod.
My first plugin. Please do not judge harshly, but fairly.
This plugin adds echo to the game. Such a sound effect. The echo will come out if the player is in any tunnel or room (but not in the interiors). This effect is present in GTA 3, and for some reason they did not use it in the following parts.
The modification has a significant drawback: if you are in a tunnel (i.e., the echo effect is on), then not only the sounds from the game, but also everything else that you play will acquire an echo effect. For example, the music that you have included in the background. But some will find it a plus.
Also, do not forget about the installation. Usually this is already set up. You will also need CLEO.
Installation: just move all the files from the 'To root folder' to the game folder. An exe file is a program that converts the output sound and gives it an echo effect. It is his launch that delays the launch of the game by 1-2 seconds.

После перезалива были предприняты попытки избавиться от побочных звуковых эффектов, а также усилить эхо и ослабить нагрузку на компьютер. Поэтому лучше скачайте её заново, если этот мод у вас есть.
Мой первый плагин. Прошу судить не строго, но справедливо.
Данный плагин добавляет в игру эхо. Такой звуковой эффект. Эхо будет исходить, если игрок находится в каком-нибудь тоннеле или помещении (но не в интерьерах). Такой эффект присутствует в GTA 3, а в следующих частях его почему-то не стали использовать.
У модификации есть существенный недостаток: если вы в тоннеле (т.е. эффект эхо включён), то эффектом эхо обзаведутся не только звуки из игры, но и всё остальное, что вы воспроизводите. К примеру, музыка, которую вы включили фоном. Но кто-то найдет это и плюсом.
Также, не забуду про установку. Для работы нужен установленный и настроенный драйвер для стерео-микшера (к примеру, Realtek High Definition Audio), который должен стоять, как устройство для записи (НЕ для связи) по умолчанию. Обычно такое уже всё настроено. Вам также понадобится CLEO.
Установка: просто переместите все файлы из папки 'To root folder' в папку с игрой. Exe-файл - это прога, преобразующая выходящий звук и придающий ему эффект эхо. Именно его запуск задерживает запуск игры на 1-2 секунды.
