The mod replaces the standard timecyc with the one that was in the beta version of Grand Theft Auto: San Andreas. This modification creates an atmosphere that is as close as possible to that which can be seen in the official screenshots and videos from Rockstar. Goes great with the SkyGFX mod.
Installation:
In the data folder, replace the file timecyc.dat
