Road Police Spikes (or Hedgehogs) like in GTA VC

The police of Vice City, I assure you, have ruined the nerves of millions of players by throwing their spikes on the road. Although at high speeds these spikes are not dangerous, this noticeable and interesting feature has made its way into San Andreas through my hands.
The script activates when the player reaches 3 stars and works even when the player is on missions.
Tires are punctured not only for the player but also for other peds.
There have been some scripts that simply scatter spikes on an empty road, but in this version, the police scatter the spikes along with all the animation.

Полицейские Вайс-Сити, уверяю вас, испортили нервы миллионам игроков, кидая свои шипы на дорогу. Хотя при больших скоростях передвижения игрока эти шипы не опасны, эта заметная и интересная особенность моими руками перекочевала в Сан-Андреас.
Скрипт начинает работать при достижении игроком 3-х звёзд и работает, даже когда игрок выполняет миссии.
Шины прокалываются не только у игрока, но и у других педов.
Были уже некоторые скрипты, которые просто разбрасывают шипы на пустой дороге, в этой же версии шипы разбрасывают полицейские вместе со всей анимацией.
