The reaction of peds to blown up cars like in GTA VC v2

The first version of this mod failed. Therefore, catch the second, still modified.

In this version, the peds now stop further from the remains of the car, and play various animations, and not just stand stupidly.

Let me remind you that with this script, peds will learn to respond to car explosions, as it was in GTA VC and GTA 3.
