Garbage on the roads like in GTA VC (or GTA 3) v3 - Final
Attention, the file has been re-uploaded! Anyone who downloaded it BEFORE April 7, 2018, I recommend downloading it again!
The latest version of my mod about newspapers and other garbage that appears on the ground and behaves exactly the same as in previous games in the GTA 3D series.

In this version, another type of newspaper has been added - the same model, only turned upside down. The chance of such a newspaper spawning is 33% (otherwise regular newspapers will spawn).
In addition, now the garbage in bad weather does not just fly insanely around the area, but flies where the wind blows (this can be understood by various effects).
Also, added another feature that I noticed while playing GTA 3. There is more garbage, and it appears everywhere, not just on the roads. This happens in GTA VC, only there is only one type of newspaper. Here, just like in GTA 3.
So the name "Garbage on the ground like in GTA 3" is now more suitable for the mod.
