Peds in GTA are still alive and do not want to be crushed, therefore they react in every possible way to a car riding on them. This mod returns one of the reactions that peds had to this case in GTA VC and GTA 3, and in SA it was cut - they pull their hand when a car rushes past them.
As always, a trifle, but nice.
