Anti-lag System (ALS) is a mechanism used in turbocharged engines to reduce turbocharger lag. To combat delays, the system specifically burns unburned fuel and air inside the turbine.
This is a remake of an old mod that adds a fire effect coming out of the exhaust pipe. The effect is taken from effectsPC.txd.
Changes in the new version:
- Fixed a bug when the effect comes out with nitro.
- Added fire output sound. You can also add your own sound (more details in the .INI file).
- The mod also works with motorcycles.
See also Project Overhaulwhere this script has HQ effect and new sound. In particular, the screen was made using this mod.
