[MTA] Vip Panel

VIP panel for MTA server.

Features:

Installation:

1) Upload the archive to the server along the path mods/deathmatch/resources.

2) While on the server, write /refresh, then go to the resources tab, press the "refresh list" button and find the vip panel by name in the search and run it.

3) Next, in order to register the VIP panel for yourself or someone else, we need to open the Admin panel. Go to the resources tab. Click Manage ACL, then Create ACL and enter "Vip" there (That's right, nothing else!). We go into the newly created ACL (It will be at the very bottom). Click Add Right and enter command.Vip. We have created the ACL, that's all, now we need to create the appropriate group, for this we click Create Group and enter "Vip". After that, open the newly created group, click Add Object and write user. (Your login on the server). Without leaving the group, click Add ACL and select the ACL group that we created at the beginning. Done, you can use the VIP panel.
