The main change of this mod is not cars and weapons, but textures and models.
Mods used (Only our products):
1)Re-Clothes mods 1 and 2;
2) RUSSIAN RAPERS SKINS.
Skin:
1)RUSSIAN RAPERS SKINS:
-Standard hairstyle - Guf,
-Moustache - Bird,
-Beard - Basta,
-Beard - Vitya AK47,
-Bald head - Slim,
2)All T-shirts have been changed,
3)All sweatshirts have been changed,
4)Most of the caps have been changed,
5)Our Centr's T-Shirts mod(Changed most of the t-shirts),
Gangs:
1) Changed all drug gangs,
2)Reworked all graffiti,
3) The bandits have moved to motorbikes,
4) Reworked characteristics.
Textures:
1)Re-Clothes mods 1 and 2:
-Reworked textures of LS pedestrians,
-Reworked textures of plot characters (both in the game and in missions),
2) Reworked particle effects: Blood, water, neon lights, "Russian" traffic lights, the moon from GTA IV.
Other:
1) New menu.
Installation:
1) Copy everything from the copy folder to the main GTA SA folder;
Creators:
Proud MS - The main creator, created almost all the textures and this is ReadMe, and also through his (well, tobish, mine) login on the site mod was added
DmitrieVV - The creator of the characteristics, the main thinker of our clan, if not for him, this mod would not have seen the light
Taro - His computer checked the mod and removed the word BETA from the name.

-Усы - Птаха,
-Бородка - Баста,
-Борода - Витя АК47,
-Лысая голова - Слим,
2)Изменены все майки,
3)Изменены все толстовки,
4)Изменено большинство шапок,
5)Наш Centr's T-Shirts мод(Изменено большинство футболок),
Банды:
1)Изменены все банды ЛС,
2)Переработаны все граффити,
3)Бандиты пересели на мотобайки,
4)Переработаны характеристики.
Текстуры:
1)Re-Clothes modы 1 и 2:
-Переработаны текстуры пешеходов ЛС,
-Переработаны текстуры сюжетных персонажей(Как в игре, так и в миссиях),
2)Переработаны particle-эффекты: Кровь, вода, неоновая подсветка, "русские" светофоры, луна из GTA IV.
Другое:
1)Новое меню.
Установка:
1)Из папки copy всё скопировать в главную папку GTA SA;
2)Заменить файлы в архивах *.img(models) через Spark или IMG Tool на файлы в папке img соответственно.
Создатели:
Гордый МС - Основной создатель, создал практически все текстуры и это ReadMe, а также через его(ну, тобиш, мой) логин на сайте был добавлен мод
DmitrieVV - Создатель характеристик, основной мыслитель нашего клана, если бы не он, этот мод бы света не увидел
Taro - Его комп проверен мод и убрал из названия слово BETA.
