Advertising Blimp from GTA VC/V: Remake (v5)

Attention, the latest version has been released.

Since this is the fifth version, which is almost completely redesigned, I won't refer you to previous versions, but will briefly explain what the modification does.

This modification adds an advertising blimp to the game - exactly like the one in GTA: Vice City (a similar blimp is also in the fifth GTA). It will appear in each of the three cities at a random point and then slowly fly over the city on a random trajectory.

In the screenshots, you can see how it peacefully floats in the sky.

Unlike previous versions, in this one the blimp is presented as a vehicle. You can knock it down while it flies or even take a ride in it (controls are like in a helicopter).

At night, the blimp lights up - it starts glowing from the windows. During the day, the windows are black.

If the player leaves the city or is far from the blimp, it will disappear. The blimp will also vanish if the player stands close to saves that are outdoors - this is done to avoid corrupting the save. It does not appear near the player, but shows up somewhere in the distance.

There are 2 versions in the archive. One adds the blimp as new transport, the other replaces an existing one.
