The 0.3.8 version of SA-MP will introduce server-side custom models. Currently, custom objects and player skins are supported, with more types planned for the future. Given the potential for extensive use on some servers, 0.3.8 is being released in RC early. This allows server owners ample time to prepare. These new features will require time to finalize, so please be patient with the release.
While several new security features related to custom models have been added, they are not yet active in the current build. Only use the RC version on trusted servers as there may be unknown security vulnerabilities in GTA:SA model formats.
