Russian Handling Editor (hereinafter - RHE) - a script for the MTA server that allows you to change the settings of all types of transport right in the game. The GUI menu of the script opens/closes when you press the keysCTRL +H .
ATTENTION! : There is a conflict with a radio3d script that prevents the RHE GUI menu from being enabled (this bug does not always appear). To enable RHE again, you need to: double-click on 0 (zero) (by default, this is the opening / closing of the radio3d GUI menu), so that the radio3d GUI menu opens and closes. The bug should be fixed.

P.S.: the script is from 2012, but it seems to work stably on MTA version 1.5.5.
Russian Handling Editor (далее - RHE) - скрипт для сервера MTA, который позволяет изменять настройки всех видов транспорта прямо в игре. GUI-меню скрипта открывается/закрывается при нажатии клавиш CTRL + H.
ВНИМАНИЕ!: Замечен конфликт со скриптом radio3d, из-за которого GUI-меню RHE не включается (этот баг появляется не всегда). Чтобы RHE снова включался, нужно: два раза нажать на 0 (ноль)(по умолчанию, это открытие/закрытие GUI-меню radio3d), чтобы GUI-меню radio3d открылось и закрылось. Баг должен исправится.
Версия скрипта: 1.0.2
P.S.: скрипт 2012 года, но, вроде, стабильно работает на версии MTA 1.5.5.
