Once upon a time, the countries of the socialist bloc tried to show that they were running on equal footing with the West, one might say, one foot ahead...
For these purposes, in a closed city in the North-West of the USSR, in the conditions of the Design Bureau with submachine gunners at the entrance, this car was developed.
It was developed, of course, not for sale to the population, but for use by the leadership of the CPSU, the State Security Committee, senior officials of the Ministry of Defense and all others who were "more equal" in the era of universal equality.
There were rumors that all cars were connected to the missile defense system and, with a certain combination of turned on mechanisms on the instrument panel, codes for launching medium-range ballistic missiles were sent to the launch center. The factory workers, of course, took it as a joke until those responsible for the technical part of the car went to work the next day.
Since the mafia had already occupied all areas of the economy, these cars began to be driven to America, where people became interested in the curiosity from behind the curtain. Some of these machines also ended up in the state of San Andreas.

The model was created in August, after which the final version was put into the game and safely forgotten due to the start of studies.

Для этих целей в закрытом городе на Северо-Западе СССР, в условиях Конструкторского Бюро с автоматчиками на входе был разработан этот автомобиль.
Разрабатывался он, конечно же, не для реализации населению, а для использования в целях руководства КПСС, Комитета Государственной Безопасности, высших лиц Министерства Обороны и всех других, кто в эпоху всеобщего равенства был \"равнее\".
Ходили слухи, что все автомобили были подключены к системе ПРО и при определенной комбинации включенных механизмов на панели приборов в пусковой центр отправлялись коды запуска баллистических ракет средней дальности. Заводчане, конечно же, воспринимали это как шутку, пока ответственные за техническую часть автомобиля на следующий день не вышли на работу.
Когда Союз распался и клиентура данного авто резко сменила социалистический кожзам на немецкую кожу, эти автомобили стали никому не нужны и продавались народу за сущие копейки. Так как мафия тогда уже заняла все сферы экономики, эти автомобили начали перегонять в Америку, где народ заинтересовался диковинкой из-за занавеса. Часть таких машин попала и в штат San Andreas.

Модель создавалась в августе, после чего финальная версия была поставлена в игру и благополучно забыта из-за начавшейся учебу.
