In GTA SA, among the skins of representatives of law enforcement agencies from the former USSR, Russians are widely represented, Ukrainians are occasionally seen, but Belarusians have never been encountered. This has been decided to be corrected

The model of the RF Armed Forces soldier in a beret was used Riot MH, the texture of the military uniform - honorary ghost.
From my side, I added - a new face texture (from Arma2), RB Border Troops chevrons, stars on the epaulettes, a patch saying "border service", and the emblem of the Armed Forces of Belarus.

В GTA SA среди скинов представителей силовых структур стран бывшего СССР широко представлены россияне, изредка украинцы, беларусы не встречались ни разу. Это было решено исправить
Лейтенант Пограничных Войск Республики Беларусь.
Были использованы - модель бойца ВС РФ в берете Riot MH, текстура военной формы - почетный призрак.
От себя добавлены - новая текстура лица (из Arma2), шевроны ПВ РБ, звёздочки на погоны, нашивка "паграничная служба", кокарда ВС Беларуси.
